1. Make and complete the biological information analysis plan of the project independently, analyze and discuss the problems in the project and solve them in time.

2. Collate and analyze bioinformatics data according to customers' requirements for relevant data analysis, issue analysis reports and answer questions about the analyzed data.

3. Participate in the development of biological database, and be responsible for collecting, screening and sorting out the public data required by the project.

4. Be responsible for the collection, collation, analysis and mining of biological information data of related experimental projects of the company, and put forward specific solutions.

5. Be responsible for the establishment of bioinformatics analysis process, software development, algorithm development, maintenance and upgrade based on high-throughput sequencing technology (NGS) and related auxiliary technologies (quantitative PCR, biochip); and cooperate with the experimental team to complete the company's product research and development based on the second generation sequencing data.

6. Assist in maintaining the reasonable distribution of the company's computing resources and the stable operation of hardware equipment.

7. Complete other affairs assigned by the company leaders in time.

1. Master degree or above in related major, with good English skills.

2. Be responsible for research/development projects related to second-generation sequencing, and candidates who have been responsible for research projects in tumor, immunology and single-cell sequencing are preferred.

3. Candidates who have published relevant SCI papers are preferred.

4. Strong programming realization ability and algorithm design ability, and independently developed software or algorithm is preferred (open source software needs to have an open source software address, such as GitHub).

5. Candidates with a certain mathematical basis and skilled use of relevant statistical methods are preferred.
